Improve Your Rotation To Improve Your Golf Game

In real estate it's all about location, location, location, and in golf it's all about rotation, rotation, rotation. Good rotation means a better backswing/follow-through, thus more power, and minimizes the injury risk. If you struggle with rotation, you'll be playing with a limited swing motion, and each swing could be your last before a pulled core muscle. One of the best ways to improve your rotation is to open up your thoracic (upper/mid) spine and your LPHC (hip complex).

"Thanks, Jeff, now how do I go about doing that?"
"I'm glad you asked!"

Two movements that will help many golfers open up are side-lying windmill rotations (for the t-spine) and the 90/90 exchange for the hip complex. Doing these for 2-3 minutes each a few times per week should really help if you stick with it and keep at it.
