Often, parents come to me asking if I can help their young athlete properly learn gym safety and the ins and outs of strength training. This personalized program caters to the rookie lifter. We will truly start from the beginning with a hands-on program. This is not a strength or agility program within itself, more of a tutorial and learning process for younger athletes looking to get comfortable in a gym environment. (Recommended for all athletes ages 12-16)

  • Learn proper form and safety on major lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift, + more)

  • Additional instruction: Form and usage of ancillary and supplemental lifts

  • Gain a better understanding of sets, reps, and how to create and manage a proper, progressive gym program

  • Proper warmups, and nutritional guidance on muscle growth versus strength versus weight-loss

  • Sport-specific guidance from the standpoint of mobility vs. strength vs. speed vs. agility

  • How to incorporate mobility and injury-prevention techniques directly into your routine

(each session limited to four (4) athletes, this is not a large group program)

Price:
Six week intensive program - $200

Two opportunities (choose one):
Mondays 3:00- 4:00pm
Wednesdays 4:00- 5:00pm

Mondays (3:00- 4:00pm), beginning April 17, running through May 22.

Wednesdays (4:00- 5:00pm), beginning April 19, running through May 24.
